LYNDEN -- Two youth basketball camps are slated for June 24-26 at Lynden High School’s Jake Maberry Gymnasium.
First is the Lynden Boy’s Basketball Camp for incoming 4th through 9th graders. Running from 9 a.m. to noon, the camp is instructed by camp staff from Lynden High School and will focus on basketball skill development and team-building principles.
Tha camp is $65 per athlete or $95 for a pair of brothers and features individual and team contests, prizes and awards. A camp T-shirt and rubber basketball are included in the event.
The second camp is the Lynden Boys and Girls Basketball Youth Camp for incoming 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders.
Taught by Lynden basketball coaches and players, this basketball skills camp is $60 per athlete and includes a T-shirt and rubber basketball to go along with games and contests.
