WHATCOM — The Whatcom Conservation District announces that Mike Bozzo and Alan Chapman are the two candidates for a WCD board of supervisors position up for election on March 23. Chapman is the incumbent.

If voting by mail, it’s necessary to request by 4 p.m. Feb. 8 that a ballot be sent to you. Ballots will be sent out in early March.
To be counted, all hand-delivered ballots must be dropped off in the Whatcom Conservation District drop box beside the front door at the offices at 6975 Hannegan Rd. south of Lynden before 6 p.m. March 23.
