Everson-Nooksack Municipal Court was held Sept. 12, 2019, with Michael Bobbink presiding as judge, and the following were found guilty:

Selvin A. Marroquin Guevara, 26, of Bellingham, first-degree negligent driving. Fined $2,748 and sentenced to one day in jail.

Luke Andrew Portillo, 24, of Lynden, third-degree driving with license suspended. Fined $393.

Dominic James Gehrke, 21, of Maple Falls,  third-degree driving with license suspended. Fined $393.

Francisco Mancillas, 51, of Everson, third-degree driving with license suspended. Fined $343.

Leticia Vizcaino, 40, of Everson, third-degree driving with license suspended. Fined $400.

Leticia Vizcaino, 40, of Everson, third-degree driving with license suspended. Fined $300 and sentenced to two days in jail.
