Laserpoint will celebrate its 25 years in business in north Bellingham with an open house from 4-6 p.m. Friday, May 20.

The open house at 205 E. Kelly Road, just a half-mile east of the Guide Meridian, will include refreshments and a free gift for each attendee.

Laserpoint is owned by Randy and Kathy Cross.

“We offer the wide selection of promotional products that you can find online, but add the advice and customer service that will lead to cost-effective and hassle-free purchases,” Kathy Cross said. “After 25 years of helping customers, we know it’s best to first listen to their needs and then offer input that facilitates good decisions.”

Laserpoint first made a name for itself by creating customized, laser-engraved awards, trophies and plaques for businesses, teams and leagues.

Its current laser can engrave many more items, including name badges, tools, watches, plates and bricks.

The company then expanded into promotional products, embroidery and screen printing, enabling clients to place their name on a broad range of products to give to customers.

Others use Laserpoint for special events, including trade shows, car shows, festivals and milestone anniversaries. Pens, key chains, caps, T-shirts, water bottles and much more are available.

“Branding is a continual process, both with existing and potential customers,” Kathy Cross said. “When you place your business on products that people regularly use, they’re going to remember you.”

Also, Randy Cross will offer laser engraving demonstrations.
