LYNDEN — Line Road will be in single-lane flagged two-way traffic for shoulder widening from this week through Dec. 20, city Public Works announces.

The stretch of road impacted is from Bradley on the south to Burlwood on the north, about 1,750 feet. The project is meant to especially provide better pedestrian and bicycle safety around Lynden Middle School, which opened in 2018.

The work will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tiger Construction Ltd. won the job on a $246,143 bid.
