SEATTLE — Students from the Ferndale area were named to the Dean’s List (GPA at least 3.5 ) at the University of Washington for the autumn 2018 quarter.

They are: freshmen Ashlyn Cearns, Susan Hess and Mariana Madera; sophomore Larissa Garcia; juniors Jillian Anderson, Rhiannon Bowen, Kyanna Bren, Stone Kaech and Cory Slaughter; and seniors Cameron Blecha, Sophia Chahine and Shaun Fell.

OF DENTAL HYGIENE

BOSTON — Lynden native Natalie Haas has been named to the Dean’s List (GPA at least 3.5) at the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at MCPHS University for the fall 2018 semester. She also graduated in the fall term from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science.

SPOKANE — Whatcom County students were named to the Whitworth University Provost’s Honor Roll (GPA at least 3.75) for fall semester 2018.
