NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nooksack City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 21, 2019 on the 2020 preliminary budget revenue sources and the proposed levy request for property tax revenues. For interested parties the meeting will be held at Nooksack City Hall, 103 W Madison St., Nooksack at 7:00PM. Anyone with special needs or disabilities that will be attending the meeting should contact city hall at #966-2531 at least 48 hours in advance.

A copy of the ordinance will be made available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall during business hours. The full text of Ordinance #712 will be mailed without charge to any person who requests the same.

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE PROPOSED DISTRICT MASTER PLAN

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the LYNDEN REGIONAL PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT will hold a public hearing and will be taking public input regarding the proposed District Master Plan.

Description of Proposal: The Master) Plan is being established to meet the goals of the District by planning for the long-term plans for future projects of the district. This plan looks for areas where the district can implement and improve parks and recreation for its citizens. The Plan focuses on maintaining the quality parks and recreation opportunities of the district.

A public hearing has been scheduled for October 9, 2019. Any persons wishing to comment on the proposed updates may do so by attending the public hearing to be held at 7:00 P.M., October 9, 2019, at the City Hall Annex building located at 205 4th Street.
