NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 23, 2019 the City of Lynden received a SEPA Checklist from Don Korthuis regarding the project described below:

Description of Proposal:  The proposal is for the 2-phased construction of a business park on seven acres consisting of approximately 125,000 square feet in five separate buildings.

Project Location:  4002244050950000; 2111, 2113, 2115, 2117, 2119 W Front St, Lynden WA 98264

THE EAST 475.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 2, EAST OF W.M., MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER AT A POINT 364 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE SOUTH 660 FEET; THENCE EAST 282.8 FEET; THENCE SOUTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON, BY DEED RECORDED UNDER AUDITORS FILE

After reviewing the environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the City of Lynden has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment should certain conditions be met.  Copies of the MDNS are available from the City of Lynden, 300 4th St., WA.  The public is invited to comment on this MDNS by submitting written comments to Heidi Gudde, Planning Director, no later than January 29, 2020, at 300 4th Street, Lynden, WA  98264.
