NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 23, 2019, the City of Lynden received an application from Badger North LLC, regarding the property described below:

STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED AS PER A.F. NO. 2019-0903753. THE EAST 285 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST OF W.M., WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON. EXCEPT STATE HIGHWAY NO 546 (EAST BADGER ROAD). SITUATE IN WHATCOM COUNTY WASHINGTON. SUBJECT TO: DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS RECORDED JULY 20, 1932, UNDER WHATCOM COUNTY AUDITORS FILE NO. 410958.

COMMONLY DESCRIBED AS: 1583 East Badger Road, Lynden

requesting the approval to subdivide approximately 4.2 acres into 4 parcels within the RM-3 (Residential Multi-Family) and CSL (Local Commercial Services) zones at the above noted location. The application was determined to be complete on January 16, 2020, and the notice of completeness was postmarked on that date.

Under Lynden Municipal Code 17.09.100, the final decision for this project must be made within 120 days from the date of the letter of completeness. Any persons wishing to comment on the application, or the proposal may do by submitting their written comments to Heidi Gudde, Planning Director, 300 4th Street, Lynden 98264, by February 5, 2020.
