ORDINANCE NO. 714

 

The following is a summary of Ordinance #714 adopted by the Nooksack City Council on December 2, 2019 and published under authority of RCW35A.12.160.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOOKSACK, WASHINGTON, VACATING A PORTION OF REGENT STREET WITHIN BLOCK 8, FIRST ADDITION TO NOOKSACK CITY.

A copy of the ordinance will be made available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall during business hours. The full text of Ordinance #714 will be mailed without charge to any person who requests the same.
