NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 30, 2020, the Design Review Board of the City of Lynden, received an application from Steve Banham, Public Works Director, regarding the property described below:

PARCEL # 400320-251368.  THE TOWN OF LYNDEN PLAT, BLOCK 16, ALL OF LOT 6, E 25-FEET OF LOT 7.  SITUATE IN WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON

COMMONLY DESCRIBED AS: 215 Fourth Street, Lynden

Notice of Application and Public Hearing

The City of Everson hereby gives notice that on December 15, 2020, an application for a conditional use permit was received from Juan Lopez.  The applicant is seeking approval of a conditional use permit to allow construction of a residential duplex in the Residential-Multiple Use zone on a pre-existing, nonconforming lot of record containing less than 9,500 square feet of lot area.  The subject property is located at 702 Freda Avenue within the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 36, T40N, R03E of W.M., Whatcom County, WA within the City of Everson.  The Assessor’s parcel number is 400436 472212.
