NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor of the City of Lynden has filed the 2021 Preliminary Budget with the Finance Director.  A public hearing on the Preliminary Budget was held at 7:00PM on Monday, November 16, 2020.  

A public hearing on the Property Tax Levy was held at 7:00PM on Monday, November 16, 2020.  A public hearing on the Final Budget will be held at 7:00PM during the Monday, December 7, 2020 City Council meeting.  All interested parties wishing to speak to the Council, please contact the City Clerk

at 360-255-7085 before 12:00 PM on Thursday prior to the council meeting to be added to the agenda.  Written comments will be accepted through 4:00 PM, Monday, December 7, 2020.

Copies of the 2021 Preliminary Budget will be available for public view online at www.lyndenwa.org, in the Mayor’s Office and the Finance Director’s Office (between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
