NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 2, 2019, the Design Review Board of the City of Lynden, received an application from Ron Hanson and Tim Keiper, regarding the property described below:

Parcel Number 400320 2062630000

The Northeasterly two feet of Lot 2 and the Southwesterly thirty feet of Lot 3, in Block 9, “Supplemental and Corrected Plat of Lynden,” according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 48, records of Whatcom County, Washington.

COMMONLY DESCRIBED AS: 610 Front Street, Lynden

To allow a mixed-use commercial remodel at the existing liquor store building located within the Historic Business District (HBD) at the above noted location.

NOTICE OF

2019-20 BUDGET HEARING

LYNDEN SCHOOL DISTRICT #504

 

A Budget Hearing for the purpose of fixing and adopting the 2019-20 Lynden School District budget, originally scheduled for August 8th, 2019, will be held on Thursday, August 15th, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., in the Main Street Campus Library (formerly Lynden Middle School) as part of the regular School Board meeting scheduled for that evening. Any person in attendance at the hearing will have the opportunity to be heard for or against any part of the 2019-20 budget, the four year budget plan, or any proposed changes to the uses of enrichment funding. 

The 2019-20 budget and four-year plan have been placed on file in the school district administration office at 1203 Bradley Road, and a copy will be furnished to anyone requesting it.
