LYNDEN ­— The 2019 Whatcom County Senior Classic, the traditional local prep showcase for seniors at the end of the basketball season, is back on schedule.

The girls and boys games will be on Friday, March 8, in the Lynden High School gym, beginning at 6:15 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively.

Admission is $6 for adults, $4 for students, who do not need to show an ASB card.

These are the rosters:


Team 1 — Christian Zamora, Clayton Whitman, Kobe Elsner, James Marsh, Blake Silves, Carson Bode and Dakota Baar, all of Lynden; Ty Rawls of Nooksack Valley; Adam Vega of Blaine; Gabe Hughes of Meridian, Carter Backstrom and Kaleb Bass of Mount Baker. 

Team 2 — Cole Bajema, Cristian Colwell, Luke Bos and Cole Langstraat, all of Lynden Christian; Drew McFall and Spencer Lee of Bellingham; Sequoyah Julius and Stew Freeman of Ferndale; and Eddy Hochsprung and Michael McLin of Sehome; Jermaine Toby of Lummi Nation; and Noah Martin of Squalicum.
