Shiela was born July 29, 1935, to Frederick Glen and Mary (Faidley) Constance. After graduating from high school, Shiela worked at Tappen Stove Company where she met her future husband, Dalton L. Shiela worked as a caregiver for Visiting Nurse and Lynden Manor and while the career was very fulfilling, her greatest love was her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Dalton; brother James Constance and stepsister Dixie Vonderahe.
She is survived by sons Michael Powell of Minot, ND, Tom (Tami) Powell of Sedro-Woolley, and Ted (Laurie) Powell of Bellingham; granddaughters Laycee Powell and Shawna Powell and great-grandson Ethan; sister Linda (Alan) Sams of Ormond Beach, FL, brother Blaine (Betsy) Constance of Auburndale, FL, sister-in-law Dana Constance of Lexington, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
