Anne Marie (Vasquez) Pike, 77, of Everson, passed away on May 24, 2020, at her home surrounded by her loving husband, kids and grandkids.
She was born Aug. 18, 1943, in Toppenish to the late Benjamin and Della (Martin) Vasquez and then she grew up in Lynden.
Anne married Ken Pike on July 29, 1977, and lived in Everson, where they raised their five children: Lori, Tammy, Lonna, Craig and Tina. In her younger years Anne and Ken enjoyed playing softball and they also joined a bowling league, spending many hours at Park Bowl Lanes with friends and family. She was a hard worker and spent many years working at the General Store in Everson.
Anne loved doing puzzles, traveling to Reno with her sister Elise and late brother-in-law Bill to hit the slot machines, and camping with her kids and grandkids. She treasured any time she spent with her family and was always there to support her grandkids at every sporting event, play or recital. She had a huge heart, loved unconditionally and will be deeply missed.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Della Vasquez; sisters Trina Gomez, Stella Cazares and Rita Olivarez; brother-in-law Bill Booth and sister-in-law Kathy Pike.
Anne is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Ken Pike; their children, Lori Likkel, Lonna Torchia, Tammy (Todd) Rawls, Craig (Amy) Pike and Tina (Dick) Schwartz; 17 grandkids and four great-grandkids, who were all the light of her life; as well as brothers-in-law Ron (Becky) Pike, Marv Pike and sister-in-law Margie Wilson.
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Whatcom Hospice.
