Chelsie Marie Miller and Bart Jeremy Zandstra, both of Lynden, announce their engagement and plans for a March 18, 2010 wedding. Chelsie is a daughter of Steve and Ellie Miller of Lynden. She graduated from Lynden High School and Whatcom Community College and is employed as a human resources assistant at Western Refinery Services. Bart is a son of David and Karla Zandstra of Lynden. He is a graduate of Lynden High School and Bellingham Technical College and is employed at Western Refinery Services as a heavy equipment mechanic.
