Notice of Application and Public Hearing
The City of Everson hereby gives notice that January 29, 2014 an application for a conditional use permit was received from Jeff Segel. The applicant is seeking approval of a conditional use permit to allow construction of an accessory dwelling unit above a proposed garage adjacent to an existing residence. The property is located at 211 Baker Street within the Residential zoning district and is situated within the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 30, T40N, R04E of W.M., Whatcom County, WA within the City of Everson. The County Assessor’s parcel number is 400430 368033. The public comment period for this application is from February 5 through February 20, 2014. Written comments may be submitted during that comment period to Everson City Hall at the address shown below.
The Everson City Council will hold a public hearing regarding this proposal beginning at 7:00 p.m. on February 25, 2014 at Everson City Hall. Any party may submit written or oral testimony at the hearing.
